Phila Moya: Private Practice Phila Moya (pronounced Pee-la Mooi-ya) is Zulu for the Spirit Lives. Phila Moya compromises of a consulting arm, a therapeutic practice arm and an outreach component. The ethos underpinning all 3 these components is that of resilience, but that at times we need someone or something to come alongside us in order to strengthen that resilience.
